Deep Tissue Massage focuses on deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue to help relieve chronic tension. Sessions usually focus on one or more specific areas. Sessions include a combination of techniques such as myofascial release, trigger point, myoskeletal alignment, and cross fiber friction.

Recommended 2-3 sessions 4 to 2 days prior to scheduled procedure.

Post Surgical Lymphatic Drainage Massage

Alleviate pain, reduce swelling/discomfort, and prevent fibrosis. This is a gentle non-invasive technique that avoids incision sites or open wounds with or without stitches.

Recommended 2-4 sessions starting 7 to 10 days post procedure.
